These Membership Terms & Conditions govern all memberships offered by S&B Play Café. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following:
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individuals listed on the membership account.
Proof of identity may be required at check-in.
Membership benefits may include unlimited or discounted admission, member-only events, discounts on birthday parties, café purchases, merchandise, or other promotional offers as specified with your membership plan.
Benefits are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Membership fees are due according to the plan selected at the time of purchase.
Applicable taxes will be added where required.
If your membership is enrolled in automatic renewal, you authorize S&B Play Café to charge your selected payment method for recurring membership fees until your membership is canceled.
You are responsible for maintaining current payment information.
If a payment cannot be processed:
Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time.
Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not result in a refund of previously paid membership fees.
Membership benefits continue through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Unused visits, missed opportunities to attend, illness, vacations, weather, or relocation do not entitle members to refunds or credits.
Membership freezes may be granted at the sole discretion of S&B Play Café for qualifying circumstances.
Approval is not guaranteed.
Operating hours, amenities, attractions, café offerings, classes, and special events may change without notice.
Temporary closures for maintenance, repairs, private events, holidays, weather, or emergencies do not entitle members to refunds or credits.
Membership does not guarantee immediate admission.
During periods of high attendance or private events, admission may be delayed or temporarily limited due to occupancy or safety requirements.
Guest passes, if included, have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged.
Guest admission remains subject to available capacity.

S&B Play Café reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership without refund for:
All members and guests entering play areas must have a current signed liability waiver on file before participating.
Membership does not restrict S&B Play Café from taking promotional photographs within the facility as described in our Privacy Policy and Waiver. Members may request in writing that they or their children not be featured in marketing materials.
Membership does not alter or replace the Liability Waiver signed upon admission.
Participation in all activities remains subject to the terms of the S&B Play Café Waiver and Release of Liability.
S&B Play Café reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, policies, hours, or available services with reasonable notice.
