Thank you for choosing S&B Play Café to celebrate your special day! By booking a party, you agree to the following terms:

Reservation & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of the party before the event begins.
• Prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Parties may be rescheduled one time with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.
• Parties canceled with less than 14 days’ notice will forfeit the deposit.
• No refunds are provided for guest count changes or no-shows.

Guest Count

• Your package includes up to the number of guests listed in your selected package.
• Additional guests may be added for an additional fee, subject to occupancy limits.
• Final guest count should be provided at least 7 days before the party.

Arrival & Departure

• Hosts may enter up to 15 minutes before the scheduled party time for setup unless otherwise arranged.
• Parties must conclude at the scheduled end time to allow staff to prepare for the next event.
• Additional time may be available for purchase if scheduling permits.

Decorations

• You’re welcome to bring decorations.
• No glitter, confetti, confetti balloons, smoke machines, open flames, nails, screws, tape that damages surfaces, or wall adhesives that leave residue.
• Decorations must be removed before departure.

Food & Drinks

• Outside birthday cake and cupcakes are welcome.
• Outside food is permitted only with prior approval by S&B Play Café.
• Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
• All coffee and café beverages must be purchased through S&B Play Café unless otherwise approved.

Supervision

• S&B Play Café is not a childcare facility.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
• The party host is responsible for ensuring guests follow all facility rules.

Damages

• The booking party accepts responsibility for intentional or reckless damage caused by members of their party.
• Charges may apply for excessive cleaning or repairs.

Safety

• All guests must follow posted play rules.
• Socks are required in play areas.
• Children should play only in age-appropriate spaces.
• Staff may remove guests displaying unsafe or disruptive behavior.

Photography

• Photos and videos are welcome for personal use.
• By booking, you acknowledge that S&B Play Café may photograph the facility during business hours. Please notify management before your event if you do not wish your party to appear in promotional photography.

Liability

• All party guests must have a signed S&B Play Café waiver on file before participating in play activities.
• The individual booking the party acknowledges responsibility for communicating this requirement to all invited guests.

Right to Refuse Service

S&B Play Café reserves the right to refuse service or end an event without refund if guests violate safety rules, damage property, threaten staff or other guests, or engage in illegal or disruptive behavior.
